Is this a regular hair appointment?

No. Client Coaching is an interactive education experience. You will actively participate and learn throughout the session.

 

How long is the coaching session?

Coaching sessions are scheduled for up to 3½ hours, allowing time for assessment, guided instruction, and the completion of your styled service.

 

How will my hair be styled during the coaching session?

Your hair will be styled in either a Wash N’ Go or a twist-out, determined collaboratively based on your hair’s needs and the goals of your session.

 

Will I be styling my own hair during the session?

Yes. Coaching is hands-on. You will practice techniques with real-time guidance and correction.

 

Where are coaching sessions held?

All Client Coaching sessions take place at the salon. Location details will be provided once your session has been confirmed.

 

What if I do not typically wear Wash N’ Go or twist-out styles?

These styles are used during coaching to teach foundational technique. The principles you learn can be applied to additional styling preferences.

 

Do I need to bring anything?

No. Anything needed for the session will be provided. Clients are asked to arrive with their hair in a manageable state.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Full payment is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your session.

Cancellations made at least seven (7) days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

 

Will I leave with a routine I can repeat on my own?

Yes! The goal of Tex Spec is to equip you with the knowledge and structure necessary to maintain salon-level care independently.
